The global dance community will unite for an unforgettable night in honour of Andy Williams, better known as Yam Who? – the visionary founder of Midnight Riot Records, with a heartfelt benefit event, Dance For Yamz, taking place at the legendary Ministry of Sound.
Andy was more than a DJ and producer – he was a beloved figure who championed the Disco, Soul, and House scenes with unwavering passion. Through Midnight Riot, he connected countless artists, shaped modern Disco culture, and created a space for soulful dance music to thrive. His sudden passing has left a deep void in the hearts of many, but his legacy lives on through the music and community he built.
In support of Andy’s wife and children, many of his friends and peers have come together to put on Dance For Yamz at London’s Ministry Of Sound on May 15th 2025. Over 40 of the world’s finest DJs and artists will unite to celebrate Andy’s life, with all event proceeds going directly to support Andy’s family.
Headliners on the night are set to include Dave Lee Jn, Horse Meat Disco, Melvo Baptiste, John Morales, Michael Gray, Greg Wilson, Colleen Cosmo Murphy, Young Pulse, Saison, Sophie Lloyd, Seamus Haji, Red Rack’em, Alan Dixon, The Reflex, Graeme Park, Moodena, and Jaegerossa.
