UK DJ/Producer OFFAIAH has remixed Mistier’s ‘Headspace’ and the result is a dark, broody dance cut.
Bursting onto the scene in 2016 with ‘Trouble’, OFFAIAH has being making waves ever since. The East London raised artist is firing on all cylinders across the production stage. ‘Find A Way’ on Defected, ‘Something In Your Eyes’ on DFTD, his remix of Harry Romero’s ‘Don’t Stop Rock’ and his collaborative release ‘When I Push’ with Eli Brown & Layton Giordani on Drumcode have all catapulted OFFAIAH to a strong position.
Supported by the likes of Vintage Culture, David Guetta, ALOK & Martin Garrix, the time is now for OFFAIAH and this new remix of veteran artist Andre Mistier is a compelling one. A hypnotic journey of ethereal deepness, the track is full of dark, groovy nuances. The male vocal is ominous even moody, but the beat is a driving, though-provoking sound. The risers are distinctive as are the bright, off grid synth notes. There’s plenty of textures going on and OFFAIAH really drives home that sound that we would expect to end up in a Black Coffee DJ set.
