Spanish producer Some Too Suspect lands on Javi Bora’s Too Many Rules this February with the ‘Miss Jackin’ EP.
Madrid-based producer/Dj Some Too Suspect has been prolific in the music scene since just after the turn of the century. As a producer he has appeared on Brobot, Plastik People, Moodyhouse and now he lands on the ever cool Javi Bora ran label Too Many Rules.
Opening with ‘Garra’ which is a thumping, kick-driven House groove with laid-back piano chords and bluesy vocal snippets. ‘Dark Jackin Venture’ is a oversaturated, crunchy sound with bulbous, gnarly bass tones and whirring synth notes. In the break comes a delicate toy piano line joined by quirky fx sounds, a proper pumping tune.
The ‘Miss Jackin’ EP is out on Too Many Rules from February 9th, 2024.
