John Beltran, Javonntte, Kai Alce and Byron The Aquarius all feature on ‘The Elements Series Part 1’ out in February.
Based out of Atlanta, Georgia, People Of Earth is a label for the real heads. With eighteen previous releases from the likes of Reggie Dokes, Rick Wade, Omar and Malik Hendricks, the label is ready to unveil it’s new project ‘The Elements Series’.
First up is Detroit ambient/techno head John Beltran with ‘Nuyorico’. With organic percussive rhythms, sleepy organ chords and dazzling synth stabs, this uplifting groove is perfect when the bass kicks in. Detroit native Javonntte is next with the deep house ‘Tropical Feelings’ that shuffles along beautifully with a whispered vocal, classic piano chords and fantastic mixing. NDATL owner Kai Alce is next with his deep shuffling groove ‘Benefit’ but this one is the instrumental mix. Rounding off the EP is Byron The Aquarius who delivers a loosely swung, organic drum-led groove with enthused synth chords, this a real treat, just naturally cool as hell.
